3D Printing

We offer a dedicated 3D printing service supported by a range of machines, each suited to different types of build. Our resin printers are ideal for highly detailed work, from very small components to larger pieces that need crisp surface detail and precision. While resin is particularly well suited to smaller items, detailed printed elements can also be scaled up or integrated into larger props and costume builds.

Alongside this, we run a large-format filament printer with a build volume of 36cm cubed, which is particularly effective for larger items such as helmets, armour components and structural prop pieces. This allows us to print in a wide variety of plastics, from hard-wearing materials including carbon-fibre-filled filaments to flexible options that are highly durable and shatter-resistant. With five toolheads, the machine can also produce parts in multiple materials or colours where the design requires it.

We can supply prints either as raw components or as fully finished pieces. Our studio offers a complete sand, fill and finish service, meaning parts can arrive ready for paint, integration or final use without further development on your side. We also offer bespoke digital 3D modelling, allowing us to take a concept, develop it in 3D software and turn it into a production-ready object quickly and effectively.
