Props and Prop-Costume Making

Whether it is a handheld hero piece or a wearable costume prop, we can produce it. From helmets, armour and masks to shields, buckles and amulets, we create props that add depth, character and credibility to a design.

Most of our props are built from scratch, tailored to the specific needs of the project in terms of scale, finish and durability. We work across a wide range of materials including plastics, foams, rubbers, leather and selected metals, and can combine digital fabrication with more traditional prop-making methods depending on the brief.

Alongside custom 3D design, 3D printing and laser cutting, we also use techniques such as sculpting, mould-making and casting. Where useful, we can also source pre-fabricated elements and integrate them seamlessly into the final build. Whatever the end goal, we can offer practical options and a clear route to production.
